The Story Behind Nuff Said Kids!

Hello and welcome to the Nuff Said Kids community! I’m Lucy, a textile designer based in Stroud and the creator of this fun, vibrant kids brand. I wanted to take a moment to share the story behind Nuff Said Kids, how it all started, and where it's heading next.

How Nuff Said Began: A Pop-Up Role Play Village

Before launching Nuff Said Kids, my journey started with a pop-up role play village, a creative space designed for kids to explore, imagine, and play. The idea was simple, provide a fun environment where little ones could step into different roles, from shopkeepers to firefighters, and fully immerse themselves in make-believe.

However, while the village was loved by families, setting it up and transporting it to different locations became a huge challenge. The process was time-consuming, and without a permanent venue, it wasn’t a viable long-term option.

That experience, however, planted the seed for something new—a way to keep creativity and playfulness alive through bold, fun designs that kids could wear every day. And so, Nuff Said Kids was born!

Bringing Playfulness into Fashion

With my background in textile design, I wanted to create a brand that reflected the same joy, creativity, and individuality as the role play village. Nuff Said Kids is all about bold, vibrant prints and unique accessories that bring a sense of fun to everyday outfits. Every piece is made in small, limited-edition runs, so when you buy one of our designs, you're getting something truly special—perfect for gifts or for kids who love to stand out!
